I have been so happy to date with the service provided by Atlas team members. I went to look for a new agent on my homeowner’s policy because I just wasn’t getting the best help or responsive customer service at another location. What a change at Atlas! -Amazing, fast and helpful service. I am glad I made the change, and I already have a new homeowner’s policy locked in! Thank you!

Phenomenal insurance agency. WIth how complex my residential portfolio is and how volatile and fickle the insurance market is in the state of Florida, Mark "Sobo" Sobolewski, was able to pull some strings and insure all of my homes. Even in the instance of when I have to file claims, his sense of stewardship and dedication is unmatched and comforting, along with that of his teammates. They will always pick up the phone, and dedicate themselves to solving the issue at hand or getting you the answers you need unlike 99% of the other insurance agencies out there. Atlas now even manages some of my commercial properties, and I am confident the level of service and communication will be consistent across the board! Thank you all for everything you do!

Went to Atlas for my HO6 policy and they were outstanding. Had to go back and forth with my old agent and when they were not responding Atlas took it over and got it taken care immediately. Great agency.

I have been with Atlas Insurance for over 7 years. My business has commercial property, workers comp, and group health insurance through them. Atlas is by far the best insurance agency I've worked with in my 21 years as a small business owner in Sarasota and Naples. Darren, Laura & Jennifer are always available to speak with me when I have a question. They have often contacted me about better, more cost effective ways to insure my business. Managing my insurance expense is critical to the success of my company and Atlas is an active partner in helping me with that.

Although we had a slow start on the claim, it was understandable because of the magnitude of the damage in Florida. After a couple months everything went smoothly. Once Olympus and Damon Hull from Robinson Roofing & Restoration took charge, I had a single point of contact. Damon was very responsive so I am very pleased. I know there is so much talk about not insurable or premium went up by 3-5X. Atlas Insurance, my insurance agent was helpful and picked right company for us.

I have been with Atlas Insurance for about 35 years. They always go above and beyond to find the best policies. The agents are very helpful and always return my calls and emails promptly. I highly recommend.

I recently obtained condo insurance with Atlas and dealt over the phone with a couple young ladies who were competent, very helpful and knowledgeable as well as experienced agents. I’m extremely pleased with their service and will continue my coverage as well as car insurance with this company. They go out of their way to get you the lowest rates with the best coverage.

I spent a lot of time comparing insurance companies to my previous provider in NYC. At the end of the day, Atlas was by far the most responsive and they took the time to make sure my needs were met. They are consistently ahead of me in terms of ensuring my payments are made and annual reviews are completed in a timely fashion. We ultimately moved all of our RE investments and personal properties over to Atlas. I feel very comfortable (after exhaustive reviews) that I have the best insurance for my needs and I am extremely comfortable with Atlas's capability to answer any curve ball question I throw their way. Thanks for all you guys do. Keep up the good work.

I met with agent months ago and there were issues on my side. Once I was ready, I went back, and we wrote my homeowners for the price quoted previously. Excellent to work with.
